I’m Michele: founder, marketer, and most importantly—mom. I’ve fostered four children (and counting) and was blessed to adopt my son in January 2024. My kids are my “why.” We now call Jacksonville, Florida, home—but I’ve also had the joy of living in the Greater Seattle area, San Antonio, and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Those experiences have shaped my worldview and my approach to business: adaptable, intentional, and deeply rooted in service.

I’ve been in and around the real estate industry since 2006, working across brokerage operations, title and escrow, and as a licensed broker and assistant. That depth of experience taught me how to create systems, communicate clearly, and market with impact—all skills I now bring to small business owners through One L.
